We are really looking forward to 2011 in ECMI. 2010 was an excellent year for the company in many ways. We obtained new machines, which means that we can serve our customers better and more efficiently and we have also made contact with many new and potential customers. We are very excited about the possibilities that lie ahead!
NEW CIGARILLO MACHINE

We are delighted to have in operation our new high speed cigarillo machine. The quality of these cigarillos is really fantastic, we could not be happier with them. It is because of the huge response to this cigar type that we have had to invest in new machinery, we will now be able to meet customer demands much more efficiently in the future.

ECMI Limited are delighted to be adding new customers to our portfolio in 2010. We are so pleased to announce that we are expecting delivery very soon of our new high speed machine to keep up with current demand.
FIRST COMPANY IN IRELAND TO USE EMCS
April 2010
ECMI are the first company in Ireland to use EMCS system. It is very fitting that a company with its focus so clearly on export should be the first to dispatch duty-suspended goods electronically since the introduction of the EMCS system on 1st April 2010. ECMI dispatched a shipment of their exclusive cigars to Portugal today at 12:30pm using Thyme-IT’s EMCS compliant solution. Kathleen Regan of ECMI said “We are delighted to be the first company in Ireland to dispatch goods electronically and are relieved that is was so easy. All information entered is validated in advance by the Thyme-IT system so you know that it is valid before transmission. The Thyme-IT system is very easy to use and the support from Thyme-IT has been excellent!”.
